Return Process

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all antennas, power adapters, cables, and manuals to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated service center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
